| The Interlock Hoses are the helically coiled high quality metallic strip with interlock construction. These hoses are made using copper coated steel, aluminum and stainless steel in different sizes and specifications. The hoses are sturdy in construction and can bear temperature up to 800 deg Cen. Our range includes Interlock Exhaust and Conveying Hose , Interlock Tar & Asphalt Hose (Pressure Hose) and Interlocked Metal Hose and is used in chemical plants, chemical stations as suction or pressure hose. These are also used as an outer jacket for insulated pipelines and for various articulated movements. The Interlock Exhaust and Conveying Hose are offered by us in different sizes, weights and metals, to provide perfect option for the said application in most economical manner. The hose is interlocked in construction and possess excellent flexibility, durability and construction strength. It is supplied in fully extended form without any packaging. End Fittings: The hose comes fitted with special type of fittings that includes fixed flanges, nipples, pipe couplings and floating flanges. These are attached with hose by means of welding using adhesives or with the method of brazing. The fittings can also be attached with the hose using automotive muffler clamps or hose clamps. Specifications: The Interlock Exhaust and Conveying Hose are offered by us in different specifications. These are fabricated using different materials including stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and bronze. The smooth bore interlock hose features interlocking construction with inside metal strip lining. The lining provides the smoothness and minimize the impact with reduced turbulence. This will further helps in the free flowing of materials while conveying. The hose has packing in the interlocks that helps in the reduction in air loss while low pressure requirements.
Specifications:
As fabricated in two portions using two separate pieces of metal, the inner diameter of hose is 1” to 8” . The hose supports uni-directional flow of material with specified inlet and outlet connections.
