Over the years we have been manufacturing different types of hose pipes for industrial application and have gained expertise in manufacturing of single lock hope pipes with asbestos packing. Made using Galvanized Steel, Brass Stainless Steel or metal as specified by the customer, we ensure that our Single Lock Hose Pipe are flexible to meet client's use precisely.

• Manufacturing Range : From 1" ID to 2" ID (3 mm to 50 mm
• Packing : Asbestos Special Quality, Copper wire.
• Material : Galvanised Steel, Brass Stainless Steel or as specified by the customer.
• Applications : For Telephone and Electrical Cables, for Rubber and other Flexible pipes, for delicate capillaries used for temperature control instrument and thermocouples.

Metallic Strip Wound Hoses are manufactured by winding a pre-formed strip around a mandrel of the required size.

There is a packing of asbestose yarn, copper wire, rubber or fiber yarn may be provided within the folds during the manufacturing process to avoid leakage.

Stainless steel / Galvanized (GI) interlock metal flexible hoses and hose assembly both in square and double lock as per BS: 6501 part (II). Range : I/ D 3 mm to 400 mm.
